Ham-Covered Pickles

Ham-Covered Pickles

 

 

Get some ham.  Mix some cream cheese with a little horseradish.  Spread the cream cheese on the ham.  Dry off some kosher dill pickles and roll the ham around them.  Refrigerate the pickles so the cream cheese re-hardens.  Slice.  Leave the ends at home for the family to enjoy (ugly, but still tasty).
