No Bake Cookies

 

Melt 2 c sugar, 5 T cocoa, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 c butter, 1/2 c peanutbutter in a large saucepan over medium heat for 5-10 min.  Stir in 1t vanilla, then add 3c oats and 1/2 c nuts (optional).

 

Spoon onto wax paper and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

 

Store in air-tight container
